2023 Assessment Update
Due to the projects homeowners approved for 2023 the monthly dues have risen dramatically. They are increacing from $200 a month to $250,000

Happy Monday everyone! This is your weekly reminder to park like you have a brain. Two cars do fit between driveways. The HOA recentyl voted to tow cars on their first violation. Additionally, the HOA has purchased parking boots.
